Breakfast Casserole With Potatoes
Starting your day by eating delicious and hot potatoes in the morning is something which you will find very enjoyable. Here's a simple recipe for making breakfast casserole with potatoes:
Ingredients:
- 1 package hash brown potatoes
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 cups ham, cooked and finely chopped
- 1/2 cup green onions with tops, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- dash ground red pepper
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, add in the eggs, hash brown potatoes, cheddar cheese, ham, green onions, milk, water, dry mustard, salt and red pepper. Combine and mix well.
3. Grease a casserole dish and transfer everything into it.
4. Sprinkle the paprika all over it.
5. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
6. Serve and enjoy.
