Mashed Potato Casserole Cream Cheese
If you like some cream cheese in your casserole dish, try this mashed potato casserole cream cheese recipe:
Ingredients:
- 5 pounds red potatoes, cooked and mashed
- 6 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons onion salt
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, add in the potatoes, cream cheese, sour cream and butter then season it with onion salt, salt and pepper. Combine and mix well.
2. Transfer everything into a greased casserole.
3. Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 350°F (177°C).
4. Uncover and bake for another 15 minutes.
5. Serve and enjoy.
