Potato Casserole Potato Chips
Want to have some potato chips in your casserole dish? Well, this is a very simple recipe for making potato casserole potato chips:
Ingredients:
- 3 cups potato chips, coarsely crushed
- 1 can tuna, flaked
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 teaspoon minced onion
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a skillet, add in the milk, soup and onion then bring to a boil then season it with salt and pepper, Be sure to stir continually.
2. In a greased casserole dish, arrange the half of crushed potato chips in the bottom then top it with half of the flaked tuna.
3. Top the remaining crushed potato chips over it and then top the remaining flaked tuna over it.
4. Bake for 25 minutes at 350°F (177°C).
