Potato Casserole With Corn Flakes On Top

Ingredients:


  • 1 pound potatoes, cooked and sliced
  • 1 bowl corn flakes
  • 1 onion, grated
  • 1 container sour cream
  • 1 pound Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions:


1. In a greased casserole dish, add in the sliced potatoes.


2. Spread the sour cream over the potatoes then sprinkle the onions over the sour cream.


3. Sprinkle the cheddear cheese on top.


4. In a bowl, add in the butter and corn flakes then mix well until the corn flakes are coated with butter.


5. Cover the top of the casserole with buttered corn flakes.


6. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°F (177°C).


7. Serve and enjoy!
