Sweet Potato Casserole With Marshmallows
If you want some marshmallows in your sweet potato casserole, this is the perfect recipe for you:
Ingredients:
- 4 cups sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
- marshmallows
- nuts
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 can crushed pineapple
1. In a mixing bowl, add in the sweet potatoes, brown sugar, stick butter, orange juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, pineapple and nuts. Combine and mix well.
2. Grease a casserole dish slightly and transfer everything into it.
3. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F (177°C).
4. Remove the casserole from the oven then top it with marshmallows.
5. Return the casserole back into the oven and let it bake for another 10 minutes.
6. Serve and enjoy.
